Onyx is a true black that does not fade in sun light. She is the grandaughter of Peruvian Macusani, and Lanark's Jackson. Onyx's great grandfather is the one and only Silversmith. The lineage that she carries is true black, silver grey, and rose grey.
 
Onyx has given us 3 girls in three years of crias. Onyx has no trouble getting pregnant and has very uneventful births. Her cria are usually up and running and nursing within an hour of their birth.
 
Onyx has been bred to AuSable Valley's Freestyle, son of the 2010 Herdsire of the Year Peruvian Lancaster, for a summer 2011 birth. Onyx's sale will also include a 2011 breeding to one of Log Cabin's herdsire's. This means you will actually get 3 alpacas (after breedings) for only $4,000.

Sadie is a beautiful true black girl who was as black as coal the day she was born and is still the blackest animal on the farm. She has amazing soft fiber and excellent conformation, and of course that Zephyson head. 
 
The time has come for our first born to be bred. Sadie is pregnant with AuSable Valley's Freestyle, the son of the 2010 Herdsire of the year Peruvian Lancaster. We are very excited for this 2011 summer cria.
Sadie's sale includes her upcoming summer cria and a breeding to one of Log Cabin's herdsires.

Shelby, is the daughter of TCB Suzanna and TCB Zeke.  his cross produced a beautiful dense, crimpy, light fawn girl.  Shelby is a gorgeous girl with great conformation and fiber.  She has phenomenal lineage including Victor's Vaccoyo, Peruvian Hemingway, and Peruvain Snowmass to name a few.  Shelby's bright crimpy fiber has great staple length.  Her dam sheared 10 pounds of beautiful dense fiber, we think Shelby will follow in her momma's footsteps! 
 
Shelby place 5th of a flight of 15 at the 2011 Empire Extravanganza and place first at the 2011 Hummdinger Show.  Shelby is very affection and friendly, always looking for attention.
 
Shelby's sale will include a breeding to one of Log Cabin's herdsires. Sophie's price with 2 breeding is $3,500.

Sophia stands tall and proud, she has great conformation and stature. Sophie is our largest cria, standing as tall as alpacas twice her age.

She has a beautiful rich medium brown color, with black markings on her legs and face. Sophie's cria fiber was full of medium grey fiber.
Sophie's fiber is buttery soft and has beautiful crimp which extends well into her tail and neck.

Sophie will open her show debut in April 2011.
Sophie's sale will come with a free breeding to any of Log Cabin Alpacas herdsires when she is ready.She is the daughter of TCB Zeke, a Full Peruvian light Fawn.  Sophie's sale will include a breeding to one of Log Cabin's herdsires. Sophie's price with 2 breeding is $3,500.

Isabella, "Bella", is the daughter of The Reverend Mr. Black Daddy's Girl and Zephyrson. This cross produced a beautiful soft true black girl. We are excited to take her to show and let her personality impress the judges. Bella began her show debut at the 2010 Empire Extravaganza and placed 4th out of a full flight of 16 alpacas.
 
Bella is not your typical alpaca! She is very personable, friendly, and loves to be hugged and petted even by strangers. She a great PR alpaca that welcomes everyone to the farm.
Bella has been bred to Ausable Valley's Freestyle for a July 2012 cria. Her sale will also include a breeding to one of Log Cabin's herdsires.

Unlike typical alpacas she is quite affectionate and follows us around the barn demanding our attention.  Skye is quite a character, she steals things and walks away wuth them, like she is hiding them from us. 
 
She is the daughter of Thunder Bolt a Full Peruvian 1/2 Accoyo true black.
 
Skye is bred to Awesome Double R Alpacas, Bullseye in New Hampshire for a July 2012 cria. Her sale will also include breeding to one of Log Cabin's herdsires.
